Capital of US Peace Government
Established in the Geographic Center of America

The US Peace Government, inaugurated four years ago to create prevention-oriented, problem-free administration, to raise America to invincibility and to promote peace globally, has now established its National Capital in the geographic center (Brahmasthan) of the nation.

The new Capital is located on 480 acres near Washington Township, Kansas. According to the ancient Vedic science of architecture, the geographic center of the nation is a strategic point of profound silence and maximum creative dynamism. The Capital will take natural advantage of this strategic point to produce a powerful influence of peace and positivity, which will radiate out—like the rays of the sun—across the entire country.

Dr. John Hagelin, world-renowned quantum physicist and President of the US Peace Government, outlined the three central functions of the Capital of the US Peace Government.

Dr. Hagelin said the Capital will serve as a:

1) National Leadership Center to train a new generation of government leaders in the supreme science of administration, based on the complete knowledge and proven technologies of the unified field—the constitution of the universe—which governs the universe with perfect order. These courses will be offered under the auspices of Maharishi Central University, which is now being established at the geographical center of the U.S. and is being designed to accommodate 40,000 students.

2) National Coherence-Creating Center where thousands of peace-creating experts will enliven the constitution of the universe and create integrated national consciousness for a peaceful and invincible nation.

3) National Broadcast Center to radiate via global satellite network and Internet webcast the profound, world-transforming knowledge and proven solutions of the US Peace Government in the fields of health, education, the economy, governmental administration, defense, architecture and agriculture. The continuous broadcast of this peaceful message to the world is called the “Voice of Peace” .

Dr. Hagelin explained that the US Peace Government represents a new breakthrough in the field of government that supports—and does not conflict with—the existing government, which is primarily concerned with crisis management. The US Peace Government quietly prevents problems by raising national consciousness to be in accord with Natural Law. “Our role is to support the present government—to promote prevention-oriented, problem-free administration on a par with the flawless administration of the universe,” Dr. Hagelin said.

His Holiness Maharishi Mahesh Yogi, founder of Peace Governments around the world, said that the new Capital would produce a powerful effect of peace in America. “Under the leadership of Dr. Hagelin, real peace will quietly emerge on all levels of national life.
